Developer – Identity & Access Management

Location: Switzerland (Greater Zurich area); remote

Position Overview:

Join our team at SKyPRO AG in Zug, Switzerland, and kickstart your career as a (Junior) Developer specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM). You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside our experienced team, contributing to the development and enhancement of our innovative IAM solutions.

We provide comprehensive training on the solutions of our partners and on our proprietary software offering you the chance to manage exciting projects and play a key role in its further development. With clients ranging from medium-sized companies to authorities to global corporations with more than 500’000 employees, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assist in the design and implementation of scalable IAM solutions.
• Support the development and maintenance of IAM components, including authentication, authorization, and identity provisioning.
• Participate in code reviews, receive technical guidance, and learn from senior team members.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in identity management.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IAM systems.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  Basic understanding of software development concepts.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, XML, and SQL is desirable.
• Interest in learning IAM protocols and standards (e.g., LDAP, OAuth, SAML).
• Familiarity with HTML, SOAP, LDIF, XLST, and operating systems (Windows and Linux) is a plus.
• Experience with IAM platforms is not required but considered advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of IAM.
  Fluency in English. German is a plus.
